• One voucher is valid only for ONE comprehensive diabetes check-up.
• The voucher is redeemable and entertained against the following:
• Blood sugar status / Cardiac & Blood vessel status / Kidney status / Liver status / Foot vessel and Nerve status / Eye status / Total eye check and vision check / Glucometer / Insulin Pen / Educational Programme / Advice on Special Footwear.
• Voucher cannot be redeemed against any other checkups other than mentioned above.
• Voucher holders should call Durdans Hospital stating that they are Anything.lk voucher holders before visiting to make an appointment. Please call on 0115410561/565/566 between 7am to 7pm.
• Voucher holders have to go to No.3, Alfred Place, Colombo 3. Check-up centre is on the 2nd floor of the 6th lane wing to redeem the voucher.
• Voucher holders must produce their voucher at the point of redemption.
• Vouchers ordered via pay and pick up require the transaction to be completed at Anything.lk within 4 hours on the day the order is made. Failure to do so will result in said orders being cancelled due to limited availability of vouchers.
• Vouchers purchased via the Anything.lk website using a credit card, require the owner of the credit card to come in person bearing the credit card used for the purchase to use the voucher.
• Anything.lk issued Vouchers cannot be combined with other existing promotional offers.
• Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash.
• Vouchers cannot be reused.
• Vouchers once bought are non-refundable.
